VACUUM TRUCK SERVICES
HOME / VACUUM TRUCK SERVICES
Boitnott’s Enterprise’s broad range of services is frequently attributed to its impressive fleet of machinery and equipment. We have a highly-trained team of specialists that provide services that our clients can be proud of. We understand that reliability is vital for vacuum truck services, which is why we try to surpass the expectations placed on our technicians by our clientele.
Many of our clients are interested in a service that is referred to as HVE (High-Value Extraction). The service is mainly used in removing contaminations from a locally impacted region. It can also be used in sensitive areas surrounding tanks, product dispensers, and piping where over excavation cannot be relied on.
Skilled Operators and Quality Machinery
At Boitnott Enterprises, we use an LVT (Liquid Vacuum Truck) when we are dealing with HVE projects. The truck is versatile and is capable of handling up to 27 Hg Vacuum operating at 440 cfm. It is a DOT approved truck that is capable of transporting 2700 gallons of materials that have been collected. This is in addition to 300 gallons of pure fresh water.
The LVT provides an onboard pressure washer of 2200 PSI. The pressure is mainly used in decontaminating the tools and equipment. It also has an onboard scale that is used to measure the total amount of water that has been removed from each site. All the operators on the truck are qualified and well-trained – having received more than 40 hours of OSHA training.
Truck operators work hand in hand with environmental personnel. The environmental personnel are professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in the operations and installations of the underground storage tanks. Once the contaminated materials have been collected, they are transported to Boitnott Enterprises facilities for proper disposal. Our facilities are regulated by 40 CFR 437 and are often monitored by the reclamation authorities.
